Cycling with Zoe

Had a good morning on Thursday on our bikes....

Man, that was hard work!

But I did manage to complete in 01:54:21h which I am very pleased with. I wouldn't be keen to run any further.

Pre-Race Post

My second Half Marathon starts in 90 minutes. I am hoping for a time (just) below two hours. Let's see.

Egyptian Theme

Hannah and Daniel learned about Ancient Egypt at school. So we went on a visit to see some of the exhibits at the British Museum. They seemed to find it quite interesting......































We also climbed the 311 steps of the Monument, and had a few trips on the Underground....

Winter Wonderland!

Happy Christmas (and New Year)

Had a great time on Christmas Day at Elayne and Alan's. As you can see below some sport was even pleayed!

(Well that is if Air Hockey counts as a sport)....
